Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Yes, we collect sales tax for any purchases shipping within the U.S.
I'm tax exempt, how can I purchase?
  If you are tax exempt, please create and account online and then email a copy of your tax exempt form to sale@premierop.com. We will set your account to "Tax Exempt" so no taxes will be charged.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "Order Status" link at the top of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "Order Status" link at the top of our site to review your orders. Click the "Order Details" to view the full order information. You may then print out your invoice using the link at the top right. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service at (800) 597 7152.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the checkout process.
