How do I remove my name from your email list?
	If you are no longer interested in receiving emails from Premier Ophthalmic Services Inc, you may remove click the "unsubscribe" link that is at the bottom of our emails. This will remove you for our email list. Alternatively you can call us with your request at 800 597 7152.
How do I create an account?
	1) Click the "My Account" link from the top menu. 2) Click the link for "Click here to create a new account". . Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
	Click the "My Account" link from the top menu of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
	All our purchases (weight permitting) are shipped with UPS. Shipping rates automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
	Click the "My Account" from the top menu. Under the login box (right side) you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". You can then have your password emailed to your registered email account.
