Effective January 1, 2026, seven of our EssilorLuxottica Instruments divisions have come together as Essilor Instruments.
As part of this transition, Premier Ophthalmic, Walman Instruments, Cal Coast Ophthalmic, Spectrum Ophthalmic, Bayou Ophthalmic Instruments, Metro Ophthalmic, and Ophthalmic Instrument Company (OIC) will continue to operate as one under Stereo Optical Company LLC., doing business as (dba) Essilor Instruments.
Essilor Instruments has decades of ophthalmic equipment sales, distribution, installation, and service experience in all regions of the United States.
In addition to being a manufacturer of premium ophthalmic equipment, Essilor Instruments is also a national distributor of equipment brands from manufacturers including Haag-Streit, Reichert, Keeler, and Optopol, with the added benefit of differentiated after-sales service and support.
We sell new, demo, used, and certified preowned equipment reconditioned in-house at our refurbishing center.
