If for any reason your purchase does not satisfy you, simply return the item for a prompt, full refund or exchange. In order to get a refund please follow the steps below.

1. Click the "Order Status" link at the top of our site to review your orders.
2. Click the "Order Details" button to view the relevent full order information.
3. Click "Return Items" located at the top right of the page.
4. Fill out the simple form and ship the items back to us making sure to enclose your order number.
