Has my order shipped?
  Once shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us, however you may also click the "Order Status" or "My Account" link in the main menu just below our logo to check your orders status.
Why don't I see all of the Premier Ophthalmic Services Inc Inc products?
  Due to our huge range of products it is not always possible to include our full range of pre-owned inventory. We do however have a large showroom with new and pre-owned equipment on display. To arrange a viewing please call us on 800 597 7152 . We will be continually adding products to our online store over time until we have on display our full range of the products and services we offer. We appreciate your feedback so that we may continue to improve our offering. If you don't see something you are looking for please contact us on 800 597 7152.
How do I navigate the site?
  To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are listed on the left, of our website. You can also use the quick search facility at the top right of the page.

QUICK TIP: When searching for products enter your search and hit the spacebar to receive an immediate search result. You can refine this search also without having to hit the ENTER key. How do I track my order?
  Click the "Order Status" link in the top main menu beneath our logo to track your order. If can also then click the order details to view more information for each order.
Can I get a copy of my order/invoice?
  Click the "Order Status" link at the top of our site to review your orders. Click the "Order Details" to view the full order information. You may then print out your invoice using the link at the top right. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service at (800) 579 7152 or email support@premierop.com.
How do I use a coupon?
  After adding all your items to your cart, you will proceed to the checkout area. You can enter your coupon code at Step 4. Order Confirmation (on the right hand side) and click apply.
Can you ship internationally?
  At this time, we only ship certain products internationally. For any international shipping the purchaser is liable for any customs fees / taxes that may be applicable. Please contact us before hand if you have any questions.
How can I re-order the same items.
  Click the "Order Status" link at the top of our site, when viewing your orders simply click the "Re-Order button to place the same order again. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service.
Must I pay Sales Tax?
  We only collect sales tax (7%) from customers who are located in Illinois. For all orders that are placed from other states, please consult your tax advisor. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service at (800) 579 7152 or email support@premierop.com.
